The Tuned Out Book Club is a chance to work through sections of Karen Hume’s Tuned Out: Engaging the 21st Century Learner with your colleagues, applying Karen’s insights to your own teaching environment and exploring issues specific to your school or district. Book clubs meet according to your group’s schedule, and discuss key topics from the text using Karen’s guiding questions.
As an added bonus, book club participants are invited to ask questions of Tuned Out author Karen Hume via Twitter, using the special Tuned Out Book Club hashtag #TunedOut21 Ask a question, share insights, see what other book clubs are sharing, and become part of a global network of teachers exploring 21st Century learning with Tuned Out.
